ID Studio Interiors Selected by Neal Prince For City Residential Infill Projects

GREENVILLE, SC - ID Studio Interiors has been selected by LS3P – Neal Prince Studio as the interior design firm for two large residential projects in the City of Greenville. ID Studio Interiors is responsible for all features, finishes and color selections for a residence in Cleveland Forest and another off McDaniel Avenue. Both are new construction projects.

Both projects are infill construction that involved the purchase of additional lots and the demolition of existing houses to accommodate new construction, according to ID Studio Interiors Principal Amy Emery. In both cases, homeowners chose to remain in their current neighborhoods to build their dream homes.

“These homes share the same zip code but are very different architecturally,” said John Edwards of Neal Prince Studio. “It is interesting to simultaneously see modern and traditional architectural designs in one of the older areas of the city, and it’s exciting for us because the each project is such a distinct expression.”

ID Studio Interiors has designed residences from rustic mountain retreats in The Cliffs Communities to contemporary lofts in downtown Greenville, partnering with several architects and custom homebuilders throughout the Upstate.
